Business account holders: We collect your name, email, business name, phone number, and payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe — we do not store your card details.
End customers: We collect your name, email, phone number, and appointment details. This information is collected on behalf of the business whose booking form you use.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to run the booking platform and send booking confirmations and reminders. We also use it to process payments, provide support, and meet our legal obligations.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with Stripe for payments, with notification service providers, and when required by law.
4. Marketing Communications
With your permission, businesses may contact you about offers. You can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
5. Data Retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Booking records are kept for at least 7 years for legal reasons.
