These Terms of Service explain the rules for using the Pigee Booking platform, run by Pigee Inc. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
Pigee Booking lets businesses accept and manage appointments online. You must be 18 or older to create a business account.
2. Business Accounts
Business owners are responsible for keeping their service listings, pricing, and customer messages accurate. Pigee Inc is not responsible for the services that businesses provide through the platform.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. If you accept online payments, you agree to Stripe’s Connected Account Agreement. Pigee Inc charges a platform fee on each transaction. You can see the fee amount in your account dashboard.
4. Customer Bookings
When a customer books an appointment, the agreement for services is between the customer and the business. Pigee Inc only provides the booking platform.
5. Data & Privacy
We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. Business owners are responsible for managing their customers’ data.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Service for anything unlawful or to send spam. You must not try to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. You can cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
